“The Hall of Fame shall recognize, honor and perpetuate the individuals who have contributed to the growth, status and welfare of the game of bowling by either their bowling achievements or through their meritorious services in and to the Petersburg District USBC Bowling Association.”

Nominations for Hall of Fame consideration can be made by any member of the Petersburg District USBC Bowling Association. Nominations shall be submitted on the Hall of Fame Nomination Form or in letter form and must contain the full name of the nominee, a one page letter noting his/her background and the reasons they should be considered for nomination. The category for which they are applying for should be included in the letter and should state either Meritorious Service or Bowling Achievement. The letter must be received by the committee by March 1st to be considered for the Hall of Fame for that year. Nominations received after that date shall be considered for nomination in the following year. The forms for applying for consideration are located on the Associations website and can be submitted electronically or by US Mail. Nominations from prior years that are not elected need not be resubmitted until three (3) years have expired from the date of the original nomination. They will be automatically considered again by the committee until they expire.
