The Amnesty Resolution provides that bowlers who were suspended fro failure to
pay league or tournament fees, derogatory conduct or a general rule violation
are automatically reinstated after they have been out of the game for 5 years.
The following bowlers who have been suspended by the PDBA, INC. have been
reinstated and are allowed to apply for membership.
